Hey, we loved Costa Rica and Your condo. Everything was perfect. What a beautiful place you all have! Hose was so
nice and helpful; he was our tour guide extrodinaire. He took us to Buena Vista one day for a day of adventure with the
spa, canopy tour, horse back riding, and incredible water slide. The children loved it. They also learned to surf as well
and that was awesome. We will definitely be back. Thank you so very much for all your help and information. Your
friends, Bill and Beth were so very nice and offered their help with anything. They greeted us when we arrived. All in all,
it was one of our most fun family vacations ever. We just wished we had stayed longer! Thank you again for

Dear Jerry & family,
We just loved your condo. It was absolutely so comfortable, beautiful and we enjoyed every minute staying there. Of
course the weather was terrific and we enjoyed seeing Rich again and the food in Costa Rica was great. Loved
everything except the dusty roads!!! We're thinking about investing in a home in Playa Nosara or on Guiones Beach,
so we would like to go back to Costa Rica in the late fall, maybe November or early December of this year. We would
love to stay at you condo again if it is available.
I am having a spinal fusion tomorrow, so probably won't be able to get back to you for 5 or 6 weeks to let you know if we
have decided on any dates of renting.
But, as I said above, thank you again and we just loved your place.

Jerry, Janice and I are filled with gratitude to the Jacobson 's for your kindness in offering us your condo. It was restful
and romantic. Things ran very smoothly because of your emticulous oversight. In our 7 days there only one day rained
most of the day. We thought that was excellent, considering it was the rainy season. We didn't get bitten by insects nor
did we get robbed, as Jan feared.
I think you could harvest your bananas from the roadside tree on your property, if you go back down in about 2 weeks.
The fruit is maturing nicely. We thought the Taboo restaurant had great food.
Anyway, thanks again. We left the keys inside and got out the country without being arrested. All the security checkers
and baggage handlers at the airport seemed to provide work for a lot of people. I don't think that DFW has that many
staff working flights. The internet suggested the average annual wage was about $200 per month. Best regards and

Just a few lines to let you both know what a wonderful time my husband Chris and I had while in Costa Rica in May.
Your condo is absolutely beautiful, and even greater than you told us it was. The home is decorated so nice and
homey. I really enjoyed the overly-equipped kitchen. We did use it to cook our breakfast every morning. I almost,
and I say almost felt guilty for going out to dinner every night. But, it was vacation wasn't it? The bedrooms are so
spacious and comfortable. We were happy to have the washer and dryer also. After fishing for 3 days we needed it!
One night we actually watched cable tv! Mostly,we enjoyed having coffee in the morning or
wine in the evening underneath the awesome banyon tree by the pool (5 steps out your patio). We swam every day.
We walked to the beach in the mornings and evenings down the trail you told us about, spectacular! We can't wait
to go back. Now I see why Joan enjoys it so!

Dear Jerry,
I want you to post this on your letter page for any prospective visitors to see. But just remember, we have your place
that first week in May, 2008! We definitely want to come back.
What a wonderful time we had on our vacation to Costa Rica. The four of us had a blast and from the first time I
contacted you, you were extremely nice and helpful. You made our travels so easy. You are an expert on Costa Rica!
We, of course, could see pictures of your place on the VRBO web site but it wasn't until we unlocked the door and
went in that we realized how beautiful it was. Debbie and I went in first and the guys knew if we were that happy, it was
going to be a great trip! Your place was more than we expected. Your kitchen was awesome! We stocked it with all
kinds of goodies. We bought shrimp from the shrimp guy and grilled them up on the big grill on the back patio. We
bought pastries from the German pastrie truck for breakfast. Everything was good.
The pool was one of our favorite things. We would all go to the beach each day. But coming home to the pool was so
relaxing and fun. Everything was kept exceptionally clean and beautiful inside and out. The pool was sparkling and we
enjoyed the little rubber floaties you left for us to use.
We also tried the restaurant right across the street that you recommended and loved it. The owners were really nice
people and the food was great. You recommended several things that we tried and all were wonderful.
Mike and I did a day excursion to Arinal and had a total blast! We used the Tamarindo Shuttle guys as our
transportation and our guide. Terrific!! We did the zip line in Arinal, the waterfall and then the hot springs. It was our
best day. And, in the wild that day, we saw monkeys, a toucan, an anteater, a codamundi and a jaguar that night
coming home! Unheard of! It was the expert eye of our guides that saw some of these animals. But even they were
blown away at seeing a Jaguar!
Beth & Bill next door made it even better! We went out with them several times and they were also very knowledgeable
about the area. We had so much fun with them. We now keep in touch with them too.
I have attached some pictures and I want to truly thank you for such a great time. I look forward to being back soon!

I wanted to let you know that we have THOROUGHLY enjoyed your condo every time we've stayed at it. The location
is so convenient being across from Playa Longosta. I think that my friends and I spent most of our time on that beach!
Tamarindo is only a short drive or walk away and has all the amenities you could think of. The condo having wireless
this last time was a huge bonus in that we could stay in touch with home a little better. We plan on coming back again
and again!

Your condo was perfect for my recent trip to Tamarindo. Picking up the keys was very easy, and the property
management group was very helpful with setting up fishing and dive trips. The condo was better than advertised—
perfect location. Everything was first-class, from beds to appliances to the walk-out pool, and all of it a 3-minute walk
through a nature preserve to the beach. I will definitely stay there again when I come back, and I would recommend
your place highly (I already have) to friends who plan to travel to Costa Rica.

We felt like we were in a mansion, because we were basically the only ones there! The pool had two jacuzzi's that
helped us survive our "Adventure Tour." Coffee on the roof in the morning, and cocktails on the roof at night. We
saw a whale way off in the distance one evening. Watching the rain come was awesome. We didn't need to rent a
car. We walked to the store around the corner and to town every day. It was a pleasure cooking in your beautiful
kitchen!
Three of us wrote in your guest book at the condo. Maybe Tara can make a copy and fax it to you. There's some
good information in that book!

Dear Joan and Jerry,
Sorry I didn't write last week to let you know how fabulous our holiday was, but you know how hectic life is when you
return home. We enjoyed every minute of our trip. Your home is lovely, truly nicer than then depicted in the photos.
The location was perfect - quiet and not dusty thanks to the paved road. We often rent villas but I must say yours was
THE best equipped kitchen we've seen. Unfortunately we don't cook much on vacation - breakfast in only. As foodies,
we were not disappointed with the restaurant choices which were only a very short and safe walk away. Our absolute
favorite, Bistro Langosta, could not have been more convenient. The little Mercado had such a great selection of Italian
provisions we felt right at home!
I want to let you know that the folks at RPM could not have been more helpful. Ric, Eduardo and Tara were truly terrific.
We're adventurous, and Eduardo sent us off to places we would never have found on our own. We golfed, floated the
Rio Tempesque, took an ATV tour, ziplined through the canopy and beach walked. Our most pleasant surprise was the
lack of insects...we figured it was too hot and too dry for anything that small to survive. I somehow left without signing
the guest book and I'm so sorry about that.
